A picture of timeless French design, these particular Paris mills have a handsome glossy white finish to complement your table. This Paris mill features Peugeot’s patented ‘u’Select’ mechanism, letting you select from a number of pre-set coarseness settings. Simply twist the base of the mill to adjust the grind.

Peugeot’s salt mill mechanisms are designed to grind coarse dry salt. The stainless steel used is not sensitive to salt corrosion. However, it is strongly recommended that you use salt that is specifically labelled “Suitable for Grinders.” Do not use flaky salt or the pink Himalayan salt, as these mechanisms are not designed to handle those varieties.

To maximise the life of your salt mill, ALWAYS grind clockwise. Grinding anti-clockwise is not effective, and grinding back and forth will damage the mechanism.

Warranty: Peugeot mechanisms come with a lifetime warranty. The exterior of the mill has a 5 year warranty from date of purchase.

Wipe clean with a dry soft cloth. Do not expose to water or liquids. Do not put in the dishwasher.
