Warranty

Napoleon provides a warranty for all OASIS and Built-in Components (including Drop-in Side Burners) against defects in material and craftsmanship for the following durations: aluminum castings, stainless steel bases, and stainless steel tube burners are covered for ten (10) years. Ceramic infrared burners (excluding screens), stainless steel lids, door and drawer panels, and porcelain enamel cast iron grids are covered for five (5) years with full coverage, then half-off coverage until the tenth (10th) year. Stainless steel or porcelain sear plates are covered for three (3) years with full coverage, then half-off coverage until the tenth (10th) year. All other parts are covered for two (2) years. Labor is not included.
