Warranty 

Twin Eagles provides a warranty for all fabricated stainless steel components, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two (2) years from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor surface rust and oxidation, as these are typical conditions for outdoor products. In multi-user environments, such as bed and breakfast inns and private clubs, Twin Eagles extends a warranty for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, ensuring the grill is free from defects in material and workmanship. However, this warranty does not apply to restaurants or primarily commercial settings. Please refer to the manufacturer’s manual for complete warranty details.
