Trade in chinese style cleaver in great condition with original packaging. This hand forged carbon steel knife shows expected oxidation that we’ve cleaned up a bit but not removed entirely to help with patina development. The use of Aogami Super and not-super-thin edge geometry makes it a strong candidate for an all-around knife for most kitchen tasks.
