160mm (6.25″) 4mm thick stainless cleaver lightly marked Ercoll looks very much like Italian made cleavers from the 60s or 70s. with stamped stainless blade and 3/4″ ebonized beech handle with brass rivets.
Blade has a fresh convex edge, the one piece wood handle is tight and secure but has shrunk a little exposing the tang a bit.
