Thiers Issard 11″ Cheese Knife Stainless & Plastic 1970-80s

Unused vintage (70s – 80s?) Thiers Issard two handed cheese knife with plastic handles and stainless blade measuring 11″ between the handles.

Handles are of the economy variety but the blade is hand ground with a little convexity, great for food release.
