Lindy’s Stainless Steel Multi-Use Canner, (formerly branded Roots & Branches) is the ultimate in canning versatility. The clad bottom works great on all cook surfaces including induction. The built-in lid knob with thermometer for monitoring the temperature during the cooking process to help insure correct processing by either steam or water bath method. Tempered glass lid with steam vent.
