Amand Medium Maiko Bowl

Since the Middle Ages, the Saint-Amand-en-Puisay commune within Burgundy, France produces ceramic pieces using a special clay that is unique to the region. The all-natural material is prized for its raw visual qualities and its physical makeup, one that enables each piece to excellently conserve heat and cold.

A brother and sister team hand-throw and sculpt this textured stoneware, even quarrying it themselves to maintain an ancient family tradition of completely handmade, all-natural pottery.
