• Made from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

Blades are then tempered and ice-hardened to a perfect 58 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
