Forged from a 5/8″ carbon steel square bar and measuring around 7.5″ long with a 2.5″ blade, the Ole Big Boy Oyster Knife from Waller Handmade is a strong, sturdy tool. It features a bottle opener that we find to be a perfect touch. Each shucker is uniquely shaped and twisted, so no two are alike. Forged by hand in North Carolina, these are truly outstanding tools for delectable oyster feasts.
