18/0 Stainless Steel is nickel free and naturally induction compatible. Heats up extremely fast and is great for ramen, tempura, milk, sauces, syrup, and so much more!
This traditional Japanese pan features hammered markings all around and is mirror polished on the outside and brush finished inside.
