The Migali® C-CB48 refrigerated chef base is designed to enhance your cooking efficiencies. The refrigerated drawer section allows for up to (15) 1/6th size pans of storage space while the top is designed to hold up to 717 lbs of counter top cooking equipment. This series is also engineered with a robust forced air refrigeration system for cold, uniform temperatures throughout the chef base’s interior. The C-CB48 incorporates a digital controller and temperature read-out for improved temperature consistency, increased energy efficiencies and top-of-the-line performance.
