Sekiryu Santoku (All Purpose) Knife has a 165mm (6.5″) long blade that is made of stainless steel.  Ivory handle is made out of genuine wood with a black plastic cap.  Santoku is a Japanese all purpose knife used to cut vegetables, fish and meat.  Name of series is inscribed onto the blade in Japanese.
