Unlike cast iron tortilla press, our stainless steel tortilla press is built for commercial use. It is easy to clean and does not have grooves and pits for bacteria to hide. No seasoning required, ready to use out of the box!
The El Jefe tortilla press features a 1/4″ (2 gauge) thick pressing plate along with a solid pressing handle. Making tortilla paper thin is now easier than ever.
Unlike other commercial stainless steel tortilla press in the market, ours has a fully closed bottom. Our tortilla press also includes 4 removable rubber feet for maximum stablility
