Cooktop has 6 sealed burners with a total stove top output of 83,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering delicate tasks like melting chocolate or cooking sauces, giving you the ability to cook up whatever delicious meals you desire. The continuous cast iron grates allow for even heat distribution and maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven with a total output of 30,000 BTU is encased in a black enamel interior fitted with an internal convection fan, thermostat and regulator ensuring to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are 2 electroplated oven racks and LP conversion kit. Housed in a high-grade stainless steel body and zinc knobs, this unit sports a stylish look that is built to last.
