Hoffritz 8″ Carving Knife Forged Stainless Stag Solingen 1950s-60s

Barely used mirror finished forged stainless steel with stag scales and original leather case. 

Found with a dull factory edge this knife looks to have mostly spent it’s life in storage waiting for use. It comes with a fresh edge ready to get to it. 

Original leather sheath has a few missing or popped stiches but is otherwise in good shape.
