The Hutzler Super Sifter is constructed of heavy duty ABS plastic with a stainless steel screen that will not corrode. This easy to use sifter will hold up to 3 cups, so its ideal for many and most of your cooking and baking activities. Clear cup and gram measurements are embossed on the inside of the sifter for measuring. The conical interior flows the flour or sugar downward without the need to tap or shake.
