Warranty
Napoleon provides a warranty for all OASIS™ and Built-in Components against defects in material and craftsmanship for varying durations. Aluminum castings, stainless steel bases, and tube burners are covered for ten (10) years. Other components have different coverage, including five (5) years for stainless steel lids and door panels. Labor charges are not included.
