Warranty
Napoleon provides a warranty for all OASIS™ and Built-in Components, including Drop-in Side Burners, against defects in material and craftsmanship. Aluminum castings, stainless steel bases, and stainless steel tube burners are covered for ten (10) years, while other components have varying coverage up to five (5) years. Labor charges are not covered.
