New Old Stock Au Nain 33cm / 13″ Spatula Forged Carbon Steel St Remy, France 1950-60s

New old stock 13″ forged carbon steel spatula with iron and brass rosette riveted wood handle (dyed beech? cherry?) made by Au Nain in St Remy France just over the river from Thiers in the 1950s or 60s as evidenced by the rosette riveted handles.

Blade is nice and straight and has a good balance between stiffness and flexibility.
