Our Construction Process: 

Cooking Surface: Pure titanium (0.5 mm), this is the surface your food touches. Titanium is naturally nonstick, ultra durable, non-toxic, and resistant to scratches and corrosion.

Core Layer: Aluminum (1 mm),  used to provide fast and even heat distribution. Pure titanium alone does not conduct heat well, so this layer ensures excellent performance in the kitchen.

Base Layer: Stainless steel (430, 0.6 mm), added for induction compatibility and stability on all stovetops.

This 3-layer fully-clad construction is considered the gold standard in high-performance cookware, because it combines the purity of titanium where it matters most (your cooking surface) with materials that enhance heat performance and compatibility.
