Trade in yanangi in great condition without packaging but with saya. This stainless steel yanagi shows visible signs of use and has a a small tip repair but is otherwise in great working condition. The sharpenable ginsanko is the stainless option for single bevel that makes the most sense. If you’re looking for a yanagi and need stainless, get this one.
