This VGR74828BSS 48″ Viking Professional Range offers 6.1 cu. ft. of total capacity with 6 different cooking modes to choose from. The 8-burner cooktop features continuous grates, making it safe and easy to move pots and pans along the cooktop. The VariSimmer™ setting on ALL burners provides a gentle, even simmer at precisely low cooking temperatures, while the Viking Elevation™ Burners can reach up to 23,000 BTUs to efficiently deliver heat to any size cookware.
