Vintage French Rabbit Shaped Ceramic Casserole Pot – 2 Litre Game Stew Pie Dish

French ceramic casserole pot in the shape of a rabbit’s head and body, traditionally used for serving game recipes. This 2 litre dish was sourced from a French brocante market and remains in good condition for its age and use.

The piece has no cracks, though there are a few small nibbles to the glaze consistent with use (see photos). It is estimated to be around 15–20 years old — vintage in style rather than true age — and retains excellent functionality.

Perfect for preparing and serving rabbit stew, pies, or other game dishes, it also makes a charming decorative centrepiece for the kitchen or dining table.
