Wear Ever 12.25” Chef Carbon Steel Rosewood USA 1950-70

Drop forged 12″ carbon steel chef knife made in the USA for Wear Ever from approximately the 1950s to 70s. Knife is a little on the heavy side but not too thick behind the edge, a little blade forward in balance, good for those looking for a substantial feeling carbon steel chef knife not too thick behind the edge. 

Wear Ever were made for distribution through professional kitchen supply companies, they supplied good quality industrial knives. 

The blade has not been sharpened in so much that it requires thinning just yet. It has seen some rust and has some residual pits although the active rust is now all gone,  it has a fresh edge and is ready to get back to work, rosewood handle is nice and secure.
